Event Credit Policy
We understand that plans may change. As an accommodation, QBUniverse may allow apayment or registration to be applied as a credit toward a future QBUniverse event, subject tothe following conditions: - The future event must occur within one (1) year of the originalregistration date; - The credit must be used by the original purchaser or registrant; - Creditshave no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold; - Credits must be requestedand applied in accordance with QBUniverse instructions.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By making a purchase on QBUniverse.com, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or paymentdispute with your credit card provider or payment processor for transactions that fall withinthis policy.
If a chargeback or dispute is initiated in violation of this policy, QBUniverse reserves the rightto: - Provide this Terms and Conditions agreement as evidence to the payment processor; -Suspend or terminate access to events, content, or services; - Decline future registrations orpurchases; - Recover any fees, costs, or losses incurred as a result of the dispute, to the fullestextent permitted by law.
Event Changes and Cancellations
QBUniverse reserves the right to modify event dates, times, locations, speakers, content, ordelivery format (including virtual or hybrid formats) at its sole discretion. Such changes do notentitle purchasers to refunds. In the event QBUniverse cancels an event entirely, QBUniversemay, at its sole discretion, issue a credit for a future event.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. QBUniverse doesnot store full payment card information and is not responsible for errors, delays, orinterruptions caused by third-party processors.5.
